Our Projects

Lima Project

Lima Project is an innovative agricultural program implemented through the collaboration of Worldserve Kenya and the Kenya Assemblies of God, with support from the Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge (BGMC). The project goes beyond the traditional focus on clean water, sanitation, education and agriculture but creating an oasis of Hope. By utilizing water resources to grow crops, the project aims to empower communities, enhance nutrition, and generate economic opportunities through the sale of agricultural produce. This approach will help combat the high levels of poverty, hunger, and malnutrition that particularly affect vulnerable communities in Kenya.

PROJECT REPLICATION – NABUIN FARM, TURKANA COUNTY - In line with our goal to replicate sustainable farming practices across other Worldserve Kenya and Kenya Assemblies of God water project sites, the Lima team established a 2-acre farm at the Nabuin Clean Water Initiative in Turkana County. To tackle this critical issue, Worldserve Kenya and KAG introduced sustainable agricultural practices at Nabuin farm to enhance food security, improve nutrition, and boost economic stability in the region.
