About Us

The Assemblies of God is one of the World’s Pentecostal denominations, with millions of adherents worldwide. It was organized in 1914 to promote unity and doctrinal stability among groups that had been influenced by the Pentecostal revivals of the early 1900s, revivals which were the result of a desire to see an increase in God's power in churches and individuals. Many people spent long hours in prayer, seeking a fresh infusion of the Spirit.​

KAG's mission is to raise a theologically sound and culturally relevant church that is evangelizing, equipping and engaging all communities with the gospel and the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We have a vision to raise holy spirit empowered leaders who will inspire and resource a generation to serve and influence every sphere of society through the love of Jesus Christ in collaboration with his global church. ​
