Archbishop Philip Kitoto
General SuperintendentBishop Philip Kitoto was elected in August 2018, as the second General Superintendent of the Kenya Assemblies of God. Prior to his election, he had served as the General Secretary from 2014. Bishop Kitoto had also served as the District Superintendent of Nairobi District. He also served as the Vice Chancellor of the KAG EAST University. Bishop Philip Kitoto and Dinah have served as Senior Pastors of ICC (International Christian Centre). They are passionate about relationships, marriages and discipleship, and have extensively written in columns and authorized several books on these subjects. Philip & Dinah Kitoto have 3 children and 2 grandchildren
Bishop William Mainka
Assistant General SuperintendentBishop William Ole Mainka was elected as Assistant General Superintendent in August 2018. Prior to his election, he served as the Mara District Superintendent for 13 years. He also served as a Bible School instructor for Kage Centres, Nairobi for 5 yrs, and pioneered as Principal at the Ewaso Centre and Namelok Center in Mara District. Bishop Ole Mainka and Rev. Nancy Mampai Mainka are pioneers and the Senior Pastors at KAG Talek Church - Maasai Mara region. The church has so far planted 89 churches. They are passionate about Missions, Community Engagement, Leadership & Next Gen Mentorship and Discipleship. Bishop Mainka and Rev Nancy are blessed with 4 children.
General TreasurerBishop Stephen Kuria is a distinguished theologian and seasoned administrator with over 30 years of ministry within the Kenya Assemblies of God (KAG). Currently serving as the General Treasurer of the KAG Head Office, he holds advanced degrees including a Master of Divinity from Torch Trinity Graduate University and has previously served in key roles as a pioneer pastor at Kahawa West, a long-term lecturer, and Director of Global University. Respected for his dedication to leadership development and sound doctrine, he balances his extensive administrative duties with a rich pastoral legacy. Bishop Kuria is married to Rev. Rahab Wambui, with whom he has four children.
Bishop Stephen Kuria
General SecretaryBishop Charles Owuor Otieno was elected on August 2018 as the fifth General Secretary of the Kenya Assemblies of God (KAG). Besides this national role, Bishop Charles has been the District Superintendent of Nyanza district since May 2010. After growing the district immensely, his district of Nyanza was subdivided into three districts and Charles was elected on May 2021 as the first district Superintendent of the newly born Kisumu District. Among his other roles, Bishop Charles and his wife Mical serve as Senior Pastors of KAG Milimani, a church situated within the lake city of Kisumu. They are passionate about church planting and mentorship of pastors and upcoming leaders. Charles and Mical Owuor have been married since December 2005 and are blessed with 4 children.
