Ministerial Credentials
Kenya Assemblies of God credentials its ministers at three levels — Exhorter, License, and Ordination. Download the current (2025) application form for your level below.
The Credential Ladder
Each level builds on the one before it. All forms are bilingual (English / Kiswahili) and are reviewed through your Section and District before approval by the General Office.
01 — Entry
For those beginning in ministry
The first ministerial credential — for believers stepping into recognised ministry within KAG.
02 — Ministerial
For pastors leading a congregation
The ministerial licence for pastors shepherding a local KAG church, including the church's plot and structure details.
03 — Ordained
For established senior pastors
The highest credential — for seasoned, Bible-school-trained pastors being set apart for ordained ministry.
How to Apply
Download & Fill
Download the form for your credential level and complete every section — in English or Kiswahili.
Attach Documents
Attach a copy of your ID and a passport photo (and a marriage certificate where applicable).
Get Signatures
Have the form endorsed by your Presbyter and District Superintendent for review.
Submit to the Office
Submit through your District to the General Office for final approval by the General Superintendent.
